THE PAYTON

The Payton is an open 3 bedroom, 2 full bath floor plan. This one car garage plan comes standard with 18” tile in all wet areas and your choice of vinyl flooring, carpet or a mix of both throughout the rest of the home. The Payton kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, dining area, stainless steel appliances, flushed LED lighting and cabinets that include crown, hardware and soft close drawers. The master bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet with shelving, tray ceiling, ceiling fan and a linen closet. Both guest bedrooms have flushed LED lighting and are pre-wired for ceiling fans. Ceilings in the Payton plan are all 9’ or vaulted. All garages are finished and have a garage door with windows that is wi-fi capable and comes with a remote.
